ÁITIÚIL is a local grocery store in the heart of Barna offers freshly made sandwiches, sweet treats, artisanal cheeses, fine wines, and crafted Irish-designed gifts, along with a few delightful surprises. ÁITIÚIL is more than just a shop it’s a space for locals to come for everyday staples and some delicious surprises.

The Challenge

create a visually strong brand that reflects its location and commitment to Irish tradition, while keeping a timeless feel to the brand and its visual identity that is warm, artisanal and community spirit.

The goal: Attract locals and visitors to the popular village and communicate the stores unique personality. create a brand system that works across digital , sinage and packaging.

Strategy

Tell the brand story and its relevance to the locality and the products it sells. Strenghten brand recognition. Create a brand that is contemporary while also staying true to its values. which are a mix of artisanal traditional produce with modern Irish design.

Design a logo that reflects heritage, craft and locality.

Typography: A logo that represents the locality, provides a sense of quality while remaining warm and inviting.

Colour palette: Natural tones of Connemara and give the sense of trust, quality and heritage.

Application: Packaging, sandwich wraps, wine and gift tags and store sinage.
